Terms of Service
These terms set out the rules for using the Anomaly INS website, including the free account and the paid access to the video library. By creating an account you accept them.
1. Operator

2. What the website offers
- Free browsing of the course description, its structure and the library of lessons.
- A free account, which lets you sign in and see the state of your access.
- Paid access (subscription) to the video lessons in the library, for as long as the subscription is active.
- The assistant, which answers questions about the course and the website from the website’s own content. It gives no trading advice, signals or predictions.
- The market chart, provided by TradingView under its own terms, shown only after you allow it.
3. Educational content only
Everything on this website, including the lessons and the assistant’s answers, is educational. Nothing here is investment advice, an investment recommendation or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument, and nothing here promises any result. Trading leveraged instruments carries a high risk of losing money quickly. You make your own trading decisions and bear their consequences.
4. Technical requirements
You need a device with internet access and a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari with JavaScript and browser storage enabled. Watching lessons needs a connection fast enough to stream video. Sign-in and confirmation emails require a working email address.
5. Your account
- The contract for the account is concluded when you create it and lasts for an indefinite period.
- You may end it at any time by deleting your account with “Delete account” on the Account tab, or by writing to the email address above.
- Keep your password to yourself. An account is personal: you may not share it or let others watch lessons through it.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why by email, unless the law or the seriousness of the breach requires immediate action.
6. Paid access
- The price, the billing period and the currency you are charged in are shown on the Access page before you pay. Prices shown in other currencies are approximate and marked “≈”.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each paid period until you cancel it.
- You can cancel at any time under Account → Manage billing. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; its terms apply to the payment itself.
7. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the subscription within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason, by writing to the email address above. If, when buying, you ask for access to start immediately and confirm that you understand you will lose the right of withdrawal once access begins, the right of withdrawal expires when access is granted, as Polish consumer law allows for digital content and services supplied with the consumer’s express consent.
8. The lessons are for you
All lessons, texts and materials on this website are protected by copyright. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to watch them for your own learning. You may not record, download, copy, publish, resell or share them, or share access to them.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the website in a way that breaks the law or these terms, interferes with its operation or security, or collects its content automatically. Do not enter unlawful content into the assistant.
10. Complaints
If something does not work as described, write to the email address above with what happened and what you expect us to do. We answer within 14 days. If we do not answer in that time, your complaint is treated as accepted, as Polish consumer law provides.
11. Resolving disputes
If you are a consumer, you may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures — for example the help of your municipal or district consumer ombudsman, or mediation by the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa). Information is available at uokik.gov.pl.
12. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for important reasons, such as a change in the law or in the services. We will tell account holders by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. If you do not accept the change, you may end your account before that date.
13. Law
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live.
14. Personal data
How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, and what the website stores on your device in the Cookie Policy.
